Next kind of peptides is called nonribosomal peptides. The main principle of their producing is matching their unique ferment features. Glutathione is one of the most noted specimens of this kind. Lots of organisms utilize them as antioxidant matter. Discoveries say that peptides are included even in some plants. Another kind of peptides is comprised into some types of milk and digest food. When bacteria or fungus are grown in food, peptones are utilized to nurture them.

Peptides became very important in molecular biological research, because they contribute to the production of peptide antibodies in animals without the need to have a pure protein under the examination. Antigenic peptides are not able to be synthesized for the entire quantity of needed protein, but only for part of it. These parts are very significant as they are used in creation of some antibodies in the animals.
